It was brought to my attention that Jake Woods is listed on the roster of the Jr. Bobcats AAA team http://www.jrbobcatshockey.com/leagu...showGameType=1. We suspect that this is until his prep school season starts. Why would he go to the US to play at this level otherwise?

Edit: And the Bobcats have a game today http://www.jrbobcatshockey.com/leagu...&clientID=4966 which was why I started the thread.

          On my own?

This is always a fun thread, as we see the kids continue to grow and then later continue to thrive at RPI and places beyond. Not to mention we see how much higher Ralph's post count can go.

Photo of D-Chris Bradley (far right) and a few of his Youngstown teammates at the WFMJ booth during the Canfield Fair yesterday. Im thinking about making another trip out to Ohio Oct. 14/15 to see Bradley and the Phantoms take on Jason Kasdorf and DM Bucs (assuming he's with the Bucs) for back to back games.

Also, I was looking over the Wellington Dukes preseason roster and noticed a familiar name in Ryan O'Grady, which I believe is Marty's brother. Seems to be an affiliate with the Dukes which means he will likely spend most/all of this season back in midgets.

(Edit: Bradley is actually the other player in the white shirt, second from the left.)

Very nice photo, but Bradley is not on the far right -- Bradley is second one in from the left, also wearing a white shirt.

It looks like the boxscore will be posted late. I will check again Saturday afternoon.

Not a big surprise but Kasdorf is listed on this seasons Des Moines roster.

my apologies if this had already been posted ( I don't recall seeing this) about Chris Bradley http://www.americanjuniorhockey.com/...?news_id=73353
Brandon Pirri: Turk would give it to Jagr. That's awesome! Jagr's untouchable. And he would give it to Jagr.

Blog report on a Vernon scrimmage http://vipersdiehardfan.blogspot.com...game-team.html
Mike Zalewski "92" (1 assist) I thought Zalewski played very well this evening. Looked dangerous at times with the puck down low, especially twice in the third period.
