There may be other criteria others would add. But these criteria would apply to schools like BC, BU, UND, Michigan, DU, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
At this point in time, I would consider Miami and Notre Dame to be strong programs, but not premier.sigpicUniversity of North Dakota, 8 time D-I Ice Hockey National Champions!
