          Brian Burke, President and General Manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs, announced Tuesday that the hockey club has signed defenceman Jake Gardiner to a three-year entry level contract. Gardiner will report to the American Hockey League’s Toronto Marlies for the remainder of the season.

                  Good for Mr. Cepis. Could have been quite a tandem with Samuels-Thomas at BGSU, but probably better with his decision a few seasons back.

                      You couldn't have missed him, a giant that until the second half the year looked lost on the ice, bounced all of his passes off the boards and wasn't no where to be seen when an opposing player was in front of our net.

                        His freshman year he was atrocious, his sophomore year he was by far the most improved player, and this year he was one of our top 2 defensemen. Its funny that you should ask, because I distinctly remember him getting chippy with Doriott last season at the NHC.
