Loyality means sticking with a thing in good and bad times. Not willing to do that, stay home, I got this.

After starting my first BRF thread in ages I figure I am jinxed. I do expect a much better performance out of our boys tonight though-it would almost have to be. Last time i had said we had to stop Colgate's top line and that we had to hold Smith scoreless and he beat us all by himeself. Tonight it is all about the special teams. If we do not keep the Harvard power play in check by either shutting them down or just simply not taking penalties, we are in for another long night. After looking at the play of our defense last saturday-I cannot see coach SA sticking with the same pairings and the same strategy. He has to make some changes someway, somehow, somewhere. We had these team 2-0 in Troy beofre they got back into a game we could have won. Tonight it is even more important to get a lead. Let's Go Red!-6 regular season games to go and we need to win the majority to have anything going into the playoffs.

weekend officials from RPI Gamenotes......OFFICIALS: The referees for Friday night’s game are Jack Millea and Dean Gilbert ... The linesmen are Christopher Piti and Landon Bathe ... Saturday’s officials Dean Gilbert and Chip McDonald (referees) and Landon Bathe and Brad Leblanc (linesmen). http://www.rpiathletics.com/document...AR.pdf?id=1208
Brandon Pirri: Turk would give it to Jagr. That's awesome! Jagr's untouchable. And he would give it to Jagr.

Honestly have no expectations tonight. We are capable of winning a close game or getting blown out.
How we come out after the BRF will say a lot about the resolve of this team. We had a pretty good thing going until the freakout, now can we forget that game and get back to playing good hockey?
I will be here tonight listening.

              LETS GO RED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Millea normally does Hockey East, but has done some ECAC games in the past; pretty decent. Chip, well, is Chip. The others are unfamiliar; either they're crossovers from HEA or new.

Spot on! Hoping that was a one game aberration and that we are the team that played the 6 or so games before that.

                    Re: RPI @ Harvard 2/10/12

                    We has lineups:

                    Lee/McGowan/O'Grady
                    Cullen/Higgs/Haggs
                    Neal/Laliberté/Zach S
                    AAG/Malchuk/Rabbani

                    Leonard/Bergin
                    LeBoeuf/Bailen
                    BRO/Dolan

Merriam listed to start, with Diebold as the backup.

With exception to Diebold being back-up, every frosh is in.

Scratches are Koudys, Rogic, Greg B, Smith, Tinordi, and Coupal.

Love giving the frosh the chance to play at this stage. Sorry to see Tinordi out. Just think that 4th line works well when he and Malchuk are together. For both these games this weekend, I would have loved to simply see us play the same lines we used the last time we played both of them. I just felt we had a very strong weekend and that we deserved a better fate in each game. Will especially be listening for how the third line plays-it is not exaclty the L-M-N line i am hopeing to see but it sure looks like it could be the line of the future for us.

I'm going to assume () Tinordi is either sick or injured because he's been one of our most consistent players overall.

I would think so too. I am concerned about the lack of much defensive ability in the L-N-S line.

With us averaging about 1.7 goals scored per game-I just want to see them score a couple and care little about their defense.
