  • St. Cloud State at Wisconsin - Friday

Well we just got done playing the feud. This UW color guy should get his eyes checked if he didn't see Ramage hit Oliver in the head with an elbow. Ramage has been thrown out. I still have no idea what the other penalties are...

That wasn't an elbow. Clean hit. Oliver just got leveled. Missed holding call on the SCSU goal. Horrible call to try to make it up to the Badgers. Horrible call to toss Ramage for that hit.

Rammer's elbow NEVER hit Oliver's head. NEVER. Rammer kept his elbow against his body the whole time and did not extend it into Oliver. The slow mo replay CLEARLY shows that. BS call. The after the hit the ST. CLoud guys go all gooney and go after Rammer.

Just like right before St. Cloud scored and the badger was tackled so he couldn't get the puck. These refs are bad, but what else is new. BS.

Looked like an elbow with follow-through. That often looks like just a shoulder.

Ramage did not hit Oliver with an elbow to the head. He caught him with a shoulder.

Well that's 9 forwards now if Oliver doesn't return.

Agree completely....Clean, but dangerous hit. Feel bad for Oliver, but head down in the middle will get you killed. Ramage....and the Badgers got screwed. Watch again DL, Ramage's elbow never even got up to the shoulder area.

The problem is the ref sees a big open ice hit, a stick go flying 40 ft in the air and assumes it was a dirty hit. You have to admit that was a great hit, the best I've seen all year. I hope the St. Cloud guy returns. You hate to see any opposing player get hurt, unless they are a rodent or a sue.

I agree that Ramage didn't have his elbow high. But Oliver was ducking. Besides...it was contact to the head!!! How about a 5 minute major for charging at the very least?

The Badger got tackled? Uh, no. Prochno's arm got tangled with the Badger. He tried to rip it loose and pulled the Badger down with him. Might have been a penalty, but I can see why they wouldn't call it.

The entangelment prevented the Badger from getting to the puck. That's interference.

I haven't seen a player this locked in since Hartigan. Hanowski is pretty much the entire St. Cloud offense.

                            5 straight goals for Hanowski.
After being oh for his last 9 games.
