  • Denver at Bemidji State - Friday 12/9/11

    No. 13 Denver (6-5-3, 4-3-3 WCHA) travels to Bemidji State (6-8-2, 4-6-2 WCHA) for a two-game WCHA series on Dec. 9-10. Puck drop is set for 6:37 p.m. MT on Friday, Dec. 9 and 6:07 p.m. MT on Saturday, Dec. 10 at Sanford Center (4,373). Both games will be broadcast live on Denver's Sports Station 102.3 The TICKET and webcast on America One at www.B2LiveTV.com. The webcast is through BSU so I have no idea how it is. Live blog and audio is available on www.DenverPioneers.com. Live stats and national scores are available at www.WCHA.com.

      Bad news today about Bennett - what a major bummer! But I remember our last two championship teams had to deal with some significant injuries as well. So let's hope that we have a couple guys take advantage of opportunities presented. And let's hope that starts tonight - not too long from now!

            Funny you mention that Viz. Seems like the coaching staff of late has an affinity for players with a z in their last names. Zucler. Salazar, Larazza and signees Zajac and Pignazzi. Hmmmmm.....

                            Doing good, getting ready for Christmas. We finally got some cold weather after never going below freezing all of November. Jay Z with a good chance right off the bat. 0-0 17:30 left in 1st.
