Re: RPI at Princeton, Friday, December 2, 2011

I was going to start this thread last night in honor of attending my first game this year in person. But I did not want to jinx the team. Jenny and i will be there making enough noise. Hope others can make the trip. The first period will be crucial-Princeton always comes out fast and forechecks hard-it seems they try to catch teams back on their heels or before they have a chance to warm up in that icy arena. Let's Go Red and make it 2 in a row!!!!

I won't be able to make it to Princeton tonight. It's my wife's birthday. She's a big fan of the Irish folk music group Cherish the Ladies and they're giving a concert in York, PA tonight, so that's where I'll be.

I will have to contemplate how "Hail, Dear Old Rensselaer" would sound if played by a band consisting of a flute, fiddle, mandolin, accordion, and penny whistle.

I don't know, but if it help's us score goals, it's fine with me.

I like the Higgs-Laliberte-Cullen line. Let the scoring begin.
Couldn't make the trip to Princeton happen this year.
Quinnipiac will be a last minute decision tomorrow.
Will be here listening tonight with those who also could not make it out to Hobey.

We are leaving in a few minutes-hope to meet up early at Hobey Baker rink. Sorry you and EJF could not make it down for this one. Wondering why Haggerty is not in the lineup? We need all the offense we can muster and he is a big part of it. Hope our defense really shows up and Merriam can play as well as he did last year down here. He was the difference early in that game. Go Red!!!

IIRC, Rabbani had a breakout game also...sure could use that again.
