Basically, the scrum at the end was Henrion running Kamrass and Pendenza punching someone, possibly Henrion, along with a little brew-ha-ha from the rest of the members on the ice. It's a good thing that college hockey doesn't have a message-sending rule like the NHL because I think these two young gentlemen are very, very fortunate that they were not given DQ's, and for my $0.02, both of them should have. Do not quote me on this, but while the NCAA allows supplementary discipline, I don't know if Hockey East reviews all game misconduct penalties at 20:00 minutes of a third period. I don't expect anything to happen but the game misconduct does matter as three GM's during a season yields an automatic one-game suspension.

Hannibal Smith said it best; "I love it when a plan comes together"

I was able to view the video of this little scrum and this is what I saw. Kamrass was on the ice when a UNH player came skating into the pack and used a left arm elbow/forearm right into the head of Pendenza. This is why Pendenza retailiated the way he did. I believe because of the focus of the players on the ice (Kamrass), the officials did not see the head shot by the UNH player but saw the retaliation by Pendenza. I am sure that any sanctions leveled against Pendenza will be met with a video being delivered to the league office with a request for even stronger sanctions against the UNH player that delivered the DELIBERATE blow to the head of Pendenza.

Loved the UNH student section chanting "Amherst Rejects" AFTER the game went final. Perhaps they should have looked at the scoreboard.
Believe this was in response to the Lowell players slamming their sticks against the glass of the student section and pointing-out/exchanging looks with certain students during the post game celebration.

Wonder if there were signs there? (not an excuse). UNH has always had the best signs on the glass.

I laughed at that also. At least the game ended without a blatant cheap shot by a UNH player like Friday night. It sounds like Kamrass will be out for a while.

Boy, have times changed, only 4,327 showed up at the Whitt last night.

Good that they stuck it to UNH on their home ice and then told thier "student" section where to go with their "clever" signs. Is that less ambiguous?

You need some new material. Following me around the boards with your "hey remember when Lowell wasn't very good HAHAHAHA" shtick is kinda dumb.

Especially after getting swept.

So apparently after the UNH player decided to end Friday night with a cheap shot, the UNH students decided to be "clever." Fits.

I don't need new anything, 98% of the UML fans have been classy, save for you, the lone donkey in the bunch. Most of them are excited but can keep things in perspective. Sitting on a high horse when your team hasn't done squat since you were in diapers is pretty dumb, especially since it had been eight years since your team won in our building. Most of the UML fans are classy winners, just as they had been gracious losers. I'm guessing you've been neither.

No, we have two really good goaltenders, and no one can figure out why they're not playing.
(but, touche, nonetheless)
