The NCAA's National Letter of Intent program's early signing period for this year is November 9 - November 16, 2011. Is the information of who signs where public knowledge or is it released by rumour/family notification similar to the BTD web-site?

Some schools put out a release after they receive their early NLIs. Others hold the information and just do one statement in the spring. But we should start to see some over the next week or two.

And some programs don't do one at all.
