I'm not allowed to pick for tomorrow right? I don't pick this week and Schroeder finally scores!
Sorry, Mav

National Champions: 1954, 1985, 201x
Houston Field House, Cheel Arena, Agganis Arena, Magness Arena, Ritter Arena, Messa Rink, Matthews Arena, Von Braun Center, Lynah Rink, Starr Rink, Appleton Arena, Dwyer Arena, Buffalo State Ice Arena, Kelley Rink (also Verizon Center (DC), HerbBrooksArena, Fenway Park (Frozen Fenway I), Times Union Center, DCU Center, Blue Cross Arena)
So I really considered moving C.J. to today and having Bryce for the Brown game, but I ultimately decided against it thinking the shutout lightning wouldn't strike Brown twice. Bad decision (not that I mind the games' outcomes ).

Hooray! Two wins in a row! The Engineers barely avoided going over a full calendar year without victories in consecutive games (which, oddly enough, also occurred against Brown and Yale). If you add in the win over AIC and the tie against Harvard, RPI has not lost in four of their last five games.
What high-scoring week! FlagDUDE08 finally gets his weekly win, tying with GRussinko and RKarger with two points. ehf and I were the only other two posters to pick up points, leaving 8 posters without anything to show for their choices.
Despite the fact that the standings were pretty close coming into the week, not a lot of movement due to the low scores.
The top scorers of the weekend:
Friday:
RPI - Obviously Merriam's shutout (nobody) was worth 5 PtC points. Leonard's assist (nobody, also worth noting that this puts him on this list two out of the past three weeks) and Schroeder's goal (FD08 and RKarger) (also worth noting that both of these came from the ENG) were both worth two and were good enough for the high-scoring position players.
Brown - NOBODY!
Saturday:
RPI - O'Grady's pair of goals (nobody)
Yale - Limbert's extra attacker goal (nobody)
Houston Field House, Cheel Arena, Agganis Arena, Magness Arena, Ritter Arena, Messa Rink, Matthews Arena, Von Braun Center, Lynah Rink, Starr Rink, Appleton Arena, Dwyer Arena, Buffalo State Ice Arena, Kelley Rink (also Verizon Center (DC), HerbBrooksArena, Fenway Park (Frozen Fenway I), Times Union Center, DCU Center, Blue Cross Arena)
The Engineers look to extend their two-game winning streak by welcoming the North Country pair.
First up are the Skating Saints, who looked like they had turned the corner when a win over Clarkson at the Festivus Faceoff started a five-game unbeaten streak, but now St. Lawrence has been held winless in four straight, including a loss to CCT at Cheel last night.
On Saturday, the SUCKS! beat the Engineers at Cheel in November in the first ECAC game of the season and are currently sitting in 4th / 5th place, right on the cusp of a bye position.
You may not choose the following players for this weekend:
Rensselaer:
F - Brock Higgs
D - Nick Bailen
St. Lawrence
F - Kyle Flanagan
D - George Hughes
Clarkson:
F - Nick Tremblay OR Louke Oakley
D - Sam Labrecque
Statistics / Rosters:
Rensselaer: Statistics | Roster
St. Lawrence: Statistics | Roster (beware of M. / N. Armstrong; George / Gunnar Hughes confusion)
Clarkson: Statistics | Roster (beware of J. / M. Zarbo confusion)
