Although we cut it off at 3 weeks, this year it has proven that you cannot miss more than 1 week if any to be in the top 5 of the standings, this rule may be looked at in the future

That was the reason, no ulterior motives. As evidenced by CARDS_rule_the_Burgh, missing just one week makes it extremely unlikely one could gain enough points to win, but as a retired "score keeper", NUProf knows that scoring results is a tedious task - my EXTREME gratitude to StoutHockeyFan44 (and ALL the pick'em administers) for undertaking the efforts!!
