We will play better tonight-it is a Saturday. Hopefully Clarkson will not play better. This is now the definition of a must win game. We have got to get back to sound defensive hockey-allowing 5 goals is just not our style. Let's Go Red!

We cannot win if Josh Rabbani is our best player. And he has been our best player for two weeks now.
The top line looks tired. I was at the Colgate game and that is the first thing that I noticed. They are our of sync and they are not as hard to play against as they were earlier in the season.
I don't know what can be done to fix this, certainly we should be vying for one of the top spots in this league. However, the last two weeks, we look like we will be lucky to finish in the middle of the pack.
Time to show what we are made of.
Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

You are absolutley right on this , just look at their +/- , they have been on the ice for the majority of the goals in the last two games , that has killed us ,that is not counting the sh goals against us , which do not show .They are way to tired ! They play too much . They are not scoring , and they are turning the puck over way too much , the whole team is turning the puck over too much .There is a strong side and a weak side to hockey , we always skate to the strong side and pass into pressure or just shoot the puck down the ice because there is no outlet . That could be tightened up with the coaches reminding the players , when they do it wrong , it is just mindset . There is no chemistry on the lines , they are playing too complacent , where has the competition for jobs gone ? The only line that has changed in the last few games is the fourth line , and that line could be better if the right players have been placed into the lineup . Let's hope tonight we turn this around !!

Take good notes guys-I will miss the early part of the game for sure and posibly the entire game-will be off actually working for a change-got called to do a medical consult this evening. Would do some nice things for the RPI psyche to score early and get a nice lead. No team is easy in this league and the road is a tough place to win for us. Go Red!

Indeed interesting. Tinordi, Burgdoerfer, and Rogic have replaced Smith, Halpern, and Lee with the lines being shuffled a lot.

It certainly would do some nice things to score early.

On the other hand, as Union found out last night when 3-0 suddenly turned into 3-3, scoring early doesn't allow you the privilege of relaxing later.

It's certainly been said often enough, but it might as well be said again. Our guys need to be on their game for a full 60 minutes tonight.

Women trail SLU 2-1 after 2. RPI was awarded a penalty shot when Castignetti was hooked down on a breakaway; Coach Burke elected to take the 2-min minor instead, and it proved to be a wasted opportunity as the refs evened it up 30 sec later when a SLU skater took a dive behind the RPI net.

Dartmouth and Princeton are currently helping us out and are winning their games. It'd be nice to see RPI beat SLU, though.
