    Shouldn't the title be #58 - #1?

had to get that in before somebody else did.

American International is one of 8 programs that have yet to reach the NCAA Tournament. The Yellow Jackets have not tested themselves much either, playing only 4 games against programs that have won an NCAA Championship, going 0-3-1. Perhaps if they play a more difficult schedule, generate some victories and make a trip to the NCAA Tournament, they could move up on the list. As for now...they are at the bottom.

They must have lost points for never having jerseys for sale.

Probably, but then again we know our place in the world of hockey, accept it and move on... unlike (ahem) some other HE schools.

              Shockingly, BC is NOT #55.

              #55 to be revealed shortly...

How did you adjust your formulas to account for Eastern Bias?

Any team that plays in the ECAC, Hockey East and Atlantic Hockey had 100 points deducted from their total.

Coming in at #55 is the Bentley University Falcons. Continuing the trend, the Falcons have never been to the NCAA Tournament. They have however, had a strong impact on who goes to the NCAA Tournament. The "Bentley Rule" was put into place after Atlantic Hockey nearly put two squads into the NCAA Tournament in 2006. That year, Bentley and Holy Cross played for the right to go to the NCAA Tournament. However, had Bentley won they would have become an instant TUC, which would have resulted in Holy Cross vaulting to a #3 seed. Unfortunately for the Falcons, Holy Cross won the game, and took the lone spot as the AQ for the conference. Holy Cross would go on to register one of the biggest upsets in NCAA Hockey history, while Bentley would finish 55th in this ranking.

What is the exact nature of the Bentley Rule? I ask for those of us who are a little newer to this whole game.

Don't let this joker with his math and statistics fool you. AIC is a quality program that is going places. Schools that do not schedule time with this teams are just cowardly. They do not want to be at the end of our sting because losing to us would just make the other team be ashamed of themselves all year.

Kids, there is a lesson to be learned here: Crack don't smoke itself.
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.
