If you want to maximize the points you get towards the overall points total, I'd recommend it.

You get all the points of all your players toward the overall total any way.

I think all of your players accumulate overall points regardless of if they are in your lineup or not. That is what I gathered from the other thread.

Correct your overall point total is based off of your 9 players *4 forwards, 3 defen, 2 goalies*...not just your weekly lineup. Your weekly lineup just determines your W-L-T record...So if you don't pick player "Y" to be on your weeks roster and he picks up 25 points on the week, you don't get those 25 for your weekly total but they do get added to your overall total.
