  • Home Sweet Home -- What is your team's record at home?

So today a topic came up in the office about home records and given Oswego is on a 23 game home winning streak, I decided to do a little quick research and researched these five teams home records over the past 12 seasons (this season was not included in the overall records) and came up with this:

    Norwich: 182-24-4 .876 winning percentage
St. Norbert: 178-22-12 .868 winning percentage
    Middlebury: 159-24-13 .840 winning percentage
    Plattsburgh: 161-26-12 .839 winning percentage
    Oswego: 124-40-9 .743 winning percentage

The result of good teams, great home crowd support and sometimes, friendly officiating!

It would appear you have not been to a Lakers game recently.

I don't wish harm to anyone, but I wish that his heart attack that he had would have been enough to keep him off the ice...... he's a moron!

Do research and find the record of SNC since moving to the Cornerstone in 00-01. (I'm too lazy to do it myself.) Their win % should be higher. Not alot of points leaving with the visiting team.

By my count, Oswego since moving into the New Romney is 58-8-2 (excluding exhibitions), with wins in the last 24 in a row. That is an .868 win percentage.

                    No one cares about Adrian.

You seem to care an awful lot, given that you're run your mouth quite a bit over roughly 50 posts. Lose the obsession.

I'm assuming that you mean that's their home record to date. By my count:

Loss opening weekend in 07-08 to Potsdam (Other losses were at Neumann and Marian)
Loss opening weekend in 08-09 to Neumann (Only loss of the season)
Perfect home record last season (Losses at Hamline (2), Oswego and SNC)
Loss opening weekend this year to Marian.

                        I sense a pattern here....

                          142-15-9, .883

133-11-8, .901 over the past nine seasons.

These numbers have been in the weekly game notes for years.

I'd really like to know what all these team's records are on Wednesdays. But I can't be bothered to look it up either. Anyone want to volunteer?

Come on Derek, you couldn't go back 101 years? I did some exhaustive research and determined that teams 1 and 3 on the list above have yet to lose at home this season!
