Ducati is 90% sure he won't be able to make it to D-town. Going to D-town would probably result in staying in this Mauer-forsaken state over Thanksgiving break.

Biddco thinks that is too bad. Biddco and still picture the good time Ducati had at tSportsGarden. Sadly though Ducati was one of tMisfits being shot down.

Biddco wants a UMD sweep, but is not sure what to make of this years MTU team.

tBrenthoven would appreciate it if one of tother posters could provide any info on tv coverage for cake-eater country in tTwin Cities. Since tBrenthoven's team faces Bye, tBrenthoven would like to watch some other teams play.
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

crazypotatoes thinks Tech is somewhat overrated right now. The next couple of series will really say a lot about the team. crazypotatoes thinks a win (maybe even a tie or a couple of really close losses) this weekend AND 3-4 points against Minnesota would firmly establish Tech as a team capable of competing for home ice. Anything less, and this team is probably just a streaky 9-12th place team like always.

This isn't to say crazypotatoes doesn't think Tech has made some long strides towards getting back to a competitive level this year, he just hasn't been convinced that Tech should be considered a threat to anyone just yet.

BPH actually prefers the Alps line to the original - it doesn't make sense, but neither does the movie.

Also, BPH is surprised that state_of_hockey hasn't chimed in with, "He fixes the cable?"

B2 Network or you could drive up to where My9 Duluth would be on television. Perhaps in Hinkley. But that seems like a far ways to go just to watch hockey.

UMD is similar in the fact that both teams played weak non-confrence schedules. But MTU might have found a way to win with their current roster. UMD is looking like one of the better teams in the country.
