Denver will play freshman Sam Brittain this weekend in both games in goal, as sophomore goalie Adam Murray pulled his groin in Tuesday's practice. Murray will be out indefinitely.

At least Zucker isn't included on that list. That hit on his knee was ugly last Saturday and definitely did not look good at the time.

FYI, it is Parents Weekend at DU this weekend. The player's parents will probably be all there and get introduced in between periods, probably on Saturday, with their sons.

I think you have this one twisted around, at least for DU's goalies' respective performances so far.

Murray: 4.50 GAA, .859 Svs
Brittain: 1.47 GAA, .951 Svs

Seems early for parents weekend, especially since last weekend was Homecoming. And I'm surprised Gwoz didn't mention it at his press conference.

FYI, Hockey Parents weekend is diffferent from (regular student) Parents Weekend. The regular student parents weekend was folded into Homecoming last week and re-named "Family Weekend".

Hockey Parents weekend is often held early in the season, while senior night is the last senior home weekend. Both feature parents on the ice.
