There is truthfully around a year of anticipation going into this Friday game, since BSU released their schedule last September. I will let everyone here know that our radio show, re-named College Hockey Tonight will be broadcasting live from the Green Mill Friday from 4-6 p.m. Come over and say hi.

Hoping for a split. I was not overly impressed by UND's play this past weekend. With that said, I have followed them and been a fan for about 10 years and know what they are capable of doing. Just hoping it doesn't get ugly!

That's a good question. The UND media guide, consistent with their inconsistency (as usual) has it as both 17-1-1 and 15-1-1.

They list it as 17-1-1 in the general listing of records of this year's opponents. When they actually list the games, they have it as 15-1-1, although it should be noted they break it down as 10-1-1 at home and 4-1-0 on the road.

I'd send them an e-mail on these mistakes, like the other's I've previously sent, but I doubt it would do any good.

Split. The Beavers will be riding too high on this to let both games go and have enough big wins that they know it can be done.

Looks like BSU missed adding the '09 losses to the "D-I era" record.

Here's what I take away - three straight one goal games and six (plus a tie) in the last eleven. No "blow-outs" in a decade (and even that 5-1 game in '05 was 3-1 until there was 2 and a half minutes left, and shots were even at 26 a piece).

Should be two good games this weekend...

I am holding out hope for a Beaver split also this weekend! Hopefully they can ge the win on Friday night and open the BREC right!
