    News flash!!!!

Nagle has a great game against Miami. How is it that his best games are against us???

Also, Cody played pretty well last night. definitely saved a number of great chances by Ferris. Almost saved the game winner too.

    Let's get tonight.
    Long live the "Brotherhood"!!!!!

Giving up a home run in Great American Ballpark is kind of like walking into a chocolate factory and yelling "I WANNA BE FAT!!!"

It's going to happen. Just give it time.....and a little effort.

As a ferris supporter, it was huge to pick up 5 of a possible 6 pts this weekend. Knapp and Reichard are both solid goalies, and your top line of Miele, Camper, and Smith is very impressive, i have heard so much about them so, and they did not disappoint, although they did not get on the score sheet in game 2 there presence alone was enough creating many scoring chances. Cannone played really well 2night as well. Best of luck down the road.

Sad thing is had Miami known Zatkoff was going to leave early the summer before he did Nagel would of been a redhawk....

Seriously, anyone who tries to say Miami play's unskilled is as ignorant as it comes. Seriously top two scores in the country and he has the marbles to say Miami plays unskilled lol Hilarious....

Thanks, congrats to your boys. Honestly I am not surprised at all by how this weekend turned out. And it really isn't a knock on Miami. Ferris plays a certain style that gives Miami fits, but there aren't many coaches in the country that can teach that system like Bob Daniels. They have an elite goaltender, but more importantly they play as a team. They don't have superior talent but it was Herb brooks that once said "I don't need the best players just the right ones." Ferris is consistantly good and Miami has trouble with them. This weekends results are what they are, Im not worried because of a poor performance on the road in conference games. Lets see how they rebound against a really tough Alaska team this weekend, that will tell us more about this team. We all knew it was a matter of time before someone shut down Miele and Camper, other guys will have to step up which has happened at times this year but they need to be more consistant. Still really early in the season, most results won't send me in a panic unless we see bad trends in the second half. Even BC has had a poor stretch in the early going and we all know what kind of talent they have, this team will figure it out.

Is it safe to watch sports again? 1 out of 6 points on the road, followed by the Bengals blowing another winnable game for the fifth straight week on Monday night. Ughhh

Football team up 7-0 on BG right now...who would of ever thought that Miami football would be the saving grace for southwest ohio for a week...

Well Finally, Miami has received a commitment from a very solid Defensemen out of Salisbury Prep in conn. Matthew Caito a D out of california stands at 5'11 200 lbs. So a kevin roeder sized player just a little taller. Kid has been really solid in prep school, most likely coming in 2013 as he just turned 17. Not surprised to see a D committ but surprised its a kid that young. However he was a highly sought after recruit who isn't draft elligible yet, but wouldn't be surprised to see him on the central scoutings radar next year.

I saw that (until South Park came on), and I was very shocked to see they still had a winnable chance at the MAC. I guess the Shane years are behind them.

When we looking at Connor Murphy coming in. Been injury bit the past few years it seems so probably 2012?

Just noticed something pretty cool, and stumbled upon it on complete accident looking at old stats...

                            573-575-96

Is this the weekend the program makes it to .500?

Obviously the better part of the 2000s has been very impressive record wise, but the past included some very lean years.

                            Cady was 122-126-11 (.492) from 1978-1985.
                            Davidge was 39-111-3 (.264) from 85-89.
                            Gwoz was 83-94-19 (.471) from 89-94.
                            Mazz was 85-83-20 (.505) from 94-99.
                            Blas is now 244-161-43 (.593) from 99-present.

Has to be I'd think. Figure we will lose LoVerde, and could lose both Schilling and Weber.
