Hey G n G. Tell us what you think about the conference. We know that Mercy will be strong, but tell us about the rest.

Oh, and another thing, tell me about the rink thing with Fournier. I'm curious, and have been for quite some time.

          Lets Go Orange!!!!!

The Orange look to improve on last years performance which wasn't too shabby for a 2nd yr program being ranked as high as 10th mid-season.
Through graduation and attrition they have lost 9 but gained 12 including transfer Cockrell from Mercy. Looks like a few girls will not be dressing each game. Cuse will be relying heavily on 2 freshmen goaltenders.

          Prediction:

          1. Mercy
          2. Cuse
          3. Niagara
          4. RM
          5. WS

Fresman goalies could be outstanding - Looks like a great CDN goalie. The Mn Goalie, Defense and Forwards are outstanding. I don't know Press as well as she is from MN but went out East for prep school.

            Kallie Billadeau Goaltender Minnetonka, Minn./Hopkins
Billadeau, the top rated goalie in the state of Minnesota, played in 30 games as a senior goaltender with a goals-against average of 1.60. She made 792 saves and recorded five shutouts on the season.

Jenesica Drinkwater Goaltender Brantford, Ontario/Stoney Creek
Drinkwater's Stoney Creek Junior Sabres won the bronze medal in the Provincial Women's Hockey League (PWHL). She played in 29 games for the Junior Sabres, making 628 saves and recording seven shutouts. Drinkwater also played in the National Aboriginal Hockey Championship for Team Ontario South that won the bronze medal. During the 2008-09 season she was one of six goalies in the country to be selected for Team Canada Camp. That same season she was a member of Team Ontario, where she participated in the National Women's U-18

            Cara Johnson Forward Plymouth, Minn./Hopkins
Johnson tallied 17 goals and 24 assists in her senior season, increasing her career total to 69 goals and 127 assists. She was a four-time all-conference selection and a member of the all-state team for two consecutive years. Johnson was named a finalist for the 2010 Minnesota Ms. Hockey Award, which is presented to the top senior girls high school hockey player in the state of Minnesota.

Christina LaCombe Defense Eden Prairie, Minn./Eden Prairie
As a team captain, LaCombe scored 46 goals and added 39 assists in her final two seasons from the defensive position. She was an all-state selection for two consecutive seasons and led the state of Minnesota in goals scored by a defenseman.

Samantha Press Forward Minnetonka, Minn./The Hotchkiss School
Press scored 15 goals and added 20 assists in her senior campaign for The Hotchkiss School. She led her team to a successful 12-4-3 season.

With the process of elimination you'd hit it sooner or later. I'll bring it up in a few months if I'm right. Tough league though this D1 hockey, you can play well and still lose a lot.

You're funny D2D. No more guessing. Do you know anything about this league besides Mercy cleaning it up?

Niagra? Think of Niagara Falls, not Viagra.
