It doesn't specify they have to be active or inactive. I think when the list was originally done several years ago there were some that were still active. But to be on the list they had to be "Great" ten years ago, so I think it's safe to say they are not active.

I suppose you could make the case that Jack Nicklaus at #9 for example still plays in the Senior PGA.... But that's as close as it gets for currently active.
Similarly, I think Martina Natratilova still competes in some senior mixed doubles tournaments.

    Some golfers:
    Sam Snead
    Tom Watson
    Walter Hagen
    Gary Player
    Seve Ballesteros
    Nick Faldo
    Byron Nelson
Having a clear conscience just means you have a bad memory or you had a boring weekend.

I don't know. That's what was posted by ESPN. Clearly they didn't go to school with Osroe and didn't learn to add

I am not sure if this list is North American athletes only, or what, so I'll guess Mary Lou for the gymnast, ignoring Nadia Komenici and Olga Korbet.

(Can't say I know any of the guys. Don't really like their tight outfits.)

It is primarily N. American yes.

                                No to all of those.
