It will be interesting to season how this teams bounces back next year with all the new freshman coming in. Lets not forget the goalie changes.

On a good note (we need one as UML fans right now), the baseball team is off to a good start beating last year's national champions in Florida 29-3. Ouch.

most runs given up in the other school's history... thump.

Of course the problem with baseball is that they'll do this then split the rest of the season... streak through the conference tournament, and then lose two quiet games up in Rindge, NH.

I've heard that we're going to Princeton for a pair and that Mankato may be coming here for a pair. Don't know the other 3 games, but I was told no trips involving a plane, and no holiday tourneys. (Of course, I was told all of this was a few months ago, so things may have changed)

I'm really hoping it's not a 1-in-4. I think next year will be tough, but I really have hopes for 2011/2012, with all these guys being sophs and (so far anyway) a really good class coming in. I think the following 2 years Lowell can make noise, and hopefully build upon that.

Wasn't the Icebreaker this past season our 1-in-4?

no... IIRC, the icebreaker is exempt every year.

A guy who couldn't succeed with the name and money that tOSU has isn't going to work at Lowell. No thanks.
