We are not privy to what kind of deal if any the 2 Ivies offerred. If they offerred him a full ride-then what he did is like repealing the law of evolution.

The rest of the league just has much lower attendance caps. If you ranked us by percentage of seats filled we'd probably be in the bottom third of the league...

I have figured out why we are signing so many forwards and so few defensemen for next fall, and I am scared.

SA is going to use 4 forwards and 1 defenseman when at even strength.

That would give new meaning to "defensive forward"...

I didn't think Dartmouth's crowds were generally that high.

BTW, isn't our capacity around 4800 now, what with the elimination of section 1?

The BRF was listed as a sellout with 4970. http://www.collegehockeystats.net/09...s/mprnren1.f20

                    OK, close enough.

I know a few years ago it was 5152 (that's what they announced at the 2006-07 BU game, I think the only non-Freakout I've seen to sell out), but I don't work for the Field House, so I wouldn't know.

It was 5013 before the renovation in the early 80s.

And Jenny and I always got to sit behind some pole that obscured at least one of the goal creases

I'm sure the number of posts will slow down in due course, probably once Mr. Bailen's season is over. It might pick up at the draft, and then when school starts. At least this is the trend I have seen while viewing and posting on this forum (though y'all have been here longer). Add in Ralph's day counting, I think we'll have 2 off-season threads before the next regular season thread.

Does any body have a rough draft of the 2010-11 schedule. Or a guess to when the first few home games will be.

                              thanks

                                Ralph:

Do you know what the HFH will look like after the work they are doing on it this summer? How it will be set up differently from now.

                                thanks
