One step at a time-tonight we find out what this team is made of. Brown will offer no surprise-they will be the same team as last night. We will just have to find a way to put a few in the net. Giving up 2 goals last night (not counting the empty netter) was not totally unexpected or that poor a performance. You just cannot expect to win much if you only score once. Let's Go Red! I am just not ready for this season to end.

The night after we lost to Brown in Providence, we played lke champions and defeated Yale in New Haven.
That is the kind of effort we will need tonight.
Appert has said that this team is very resilient, now they have to show it.
There is no doubt that we are the better team, but only if we play hard for 60 minutes.
Obviously, Brown will be playing hard for 60 minutes.
I have decided to take the drive up to Troy for tonights game, to see for myself.
I will post what I see when I get back from the game.

        LETS GO RED!!!!

If the effort is even remotely like it was last night, back up the truck.

If we lose, let it be by a wide margin so Erik Burgdoerfer can end his career in style - wiping that smug ****-eating grin off the pedophile's face. What's the league going to do, suspend him?

First few minutes of last nights game Clemente was shaky with rebounds we need to fire shots from the point and crash the net hard tonight. Pirri needs to try and not get a hat trick of penalties in the first period again as I said on the season thread that he was one of the best players out there last night. Win or Go home just doesnt feel right after the season we have had.
Loyality means sticking with a thing in good and bad times. Not willing to do that, stay home, I got this.

I was very surprised that Burgdoerfer didn't get more ice time last night...especially given the difficulty we were having with physcality, not to mention clearing the puck. We definitely could have used his presence, IMO.

Obviously we need to be more physical-but we also need to finish more of our opportunities. Brown didn't us many but we had some and just did not finish them off. For most of the game I just did not see the fire out of this team. Tonight we need to start fast and come out for each period that way. This team has way too much talent to go down without a fight. Go Red!

Playoff referees typically stay with the series they are assigned for Game 1, unless Fat Mike whines about them.
