  • Yale Bulldogs host Union/RPI

It's just after 04:00 in the desert, and I am having my morning
coffee and getting ready to head to the airport. This should be a GREAT
weekend of ECAC hockey, with 11 of a possible 12 games on the slate. As
exciting and unpredictable as is the ECAC, this season COULD trump most, if
not all, in recent memory. Slow-starting teams on a roll,high-flyers coming
back to Earth..... and ALL (or at least most) still hoping for a ticket to the
16-team annual prom. Let's hope that all teams GET and/or STAY healthy,
so that league honors, team and individual, are TRULY decided on the ice. I
still wonder what a healthy Tom Dignard might have meant to Yale down the
stretch last year. To ALL ECAC fans, ENJOY the upcoming five weekends
and BE CAREFUL on those unforgiving roads of the NORTHEAST.

Hey Doc, make sure you bring some of whatever you put in your coffee with you. Seems like fun.
