Are we still hoping for a split?

It's not a sweep, it's just another two points tonight.

lol I was never hoping for a split. I'm not Craig Dahl. I just said we needed at least two points out of this weekend.

Hey, somebody got the Dahl reference.

I was once told by a wise sage that Dahl told the media in Alaska after a Friday win that they were looking for the split.

Who is this Dahl person you speak of?

And then SCSU lost the Saturday game, so Craig got his wish.

Wasn't he an assistant coach under head coach Tyler Arneson?

Dunn was awful. Any normal performance and SCSU wins 5-1 or 5-2. 0 for 3 on the powerplay with no shots on goal, poor goaltending, and some pretty bad mistakes, and yet a 9th straight win. I think I am somehow pleased with the ability to toss all those negatives into a road game at CC and see a 5-4 win. Hopefully they keep it going tonight.

The key to a sweep is to win on Friday. So I believe we are now set up for a sweep. Dahl has left the building. I'm sure that if the gophers call, he will listen. He'd be a good fit for their next head coach.

They would be guaranteed splits every weekend! Maybe we should start a petition to send to A.D. Maturi, he was just stupid enough to extend Brewster the rooster, the happy recruiter's contract for two more mediocre years!
