  • Maine @ BC - 01/15/10

Maine is without goalie Darling and forward Dee. Should be an interesting game.

    Andy BC injuries of note?

Any word on who is getting the nod in net for Maine this evening?

Wey is out with a broken wrist (hurt it against Denver) but outside of that we are good.

Shawn Sirman getting the spot in net, with Beattie replacing Dee on the 2nd line.

TIMMAY goes with the rook. I like it, even if he doesn't play all that well and they end up losing this game because of it. But Wilson's the past, and this kid needs the ice time to see what he has, what he needs to work on, and help him improve.
What kind of cheese are you planning to put on top?

Mahoney just pointed out how Wilsieve's never won on the road.

            I like the Sirman start.

No TV coverage, eh? Nothing on NESN, nothing on Maine Access...well dont that just suck.

Haha, Timmay with the understatement of the year when Hannigan asked why Sirman is starting: "Well, Dave's had some trouble on the road in the past".

There are plenty of games on if you know where to look

                      From the BDN:

Wilson, a senior, will be looking for his first career road win. He is 5-16-1 in his career with a 3.23 goals-against average and a .887 save percentage. All five wins have come at home.

“That doesn’t really enter into my mind,” said Wilson. “I had some bad games [on the road] early in my career. I’ve had some bad luck of late. I’ll just go from there.”

I'd go with Sirman too with that comment.

Larry found it amusing. Apparently, it was a 2 on 1.

First key of the game.....team defense.
