I love the Europe trip hype. "...it may make the Huskies a destination for years to come!"

    LOL

Dirk talking about how Baker has been so snakebitten this season that he is due for a big night. I agree.

Sounds like Royer has moved up to the second line with two goals in his last two games.

Talking about how UAA is better than their record. Played very well against Denver, need to carry that into this series, yada yada yada.

As a side note, the Huskies Live audio quality is spotty so far tonight.

Oh, and Shyiak has a surprisingly deep voice. I wouldn't have guessed.

I noticed that. Hopefully it doesn't get any worse.

                Russell:

-Good to play at home again this weekend
-Adjusted the practice schedule and used a long bench on Tuesday night to help avoid excessive fatigue
-Didn't make decisions quickly enough against Northern
-Tried to get too cute with the puck sometimes, instead of making the smart play

-Anchorage is only dressing five defensemen due to suspensions & injuries
-Need to take advantage of that

-Bunger has done well in the last few games
-Will get some extra ice time tonight

-Olthius will start in net for UAA tonight
                -Genoe for Tech

Genoe starting for Tech, Jonnie-O for UAA.

                  Underway.

                    Crowd sounds decent so far

Puck is dropped and we're off

Why was UAA allowed to sit right in the slot and wait for the pass (that was thankfully broken up)?

Because we suck at hockey. That enough explanation for you?

Decent pressure by Tech on that shift

Cousens is going off for a penalty.

                            Liquor break!
