While I'm sure cp had some liquid courage in him, it's about time someone said something. Surprised it hasn't happened already, though I suppose the opportunity may not have presented itself as well as it did there.

Well, I'm surprised I didn't say anything when I was around 8 or 9 of them on New Years Eve.

Frankly, I'm just glad the team doesn't have a "game" to listen to or watch this weekend. I'm definitely looking forward to following a decent game for a change.

So I was on campus today and Kivisto walked past and gave me a really weird look. I was confused at first, but then I remembered when I was at the DT last night he was giving me crap for my Wild jersey, and I just said "Yeah, well at least they can win a game once in a while" and walked away.

With regards to recruiting, if you look at the recruits that Tech has signed in the past five years or so, you would think they are on the right path. They've landed a couple legitimately talented players, and a few late bloomers too. The most obvious problem was that they lost their two best recruits. Unfortunately, I also think Mikesch seems to have the uncanny ability to coach the scoring talent out of the decent forwards they do find.
