#11 Whoopie pies and more whoopie pies, especially to those Midwestern and Canadian friends who have yet to experience this delectable dessert!

          Ummmmm, at my Mother-in-law's house!

If you're in Boston, you need to make a pit stop at Mike's Pastry on Hanover St. in the historic North End. There are 50 or so outstanding Italian restaurants surrounding this well known part of Boston, and Mike's is one of the most reputable and most frequented bakeries there.

Yes, they do make an excellent whoopie pie although canolis and other specialties are also outrageously delicious.

If you're not in town, there are a number of supermarkets that carry whoopie pies, but I would suggest window shopping the neighborhood bakeries whereever you happen to be. There is nothing like a whoopie that you know has been truly freshly baked, especially for your first experience.

Moulton Farm in Meredith, NH. Home-made whoopie pies in chocolate and pumpkin. I'm not a big fan of sweets, but I can't go through Meredith without stopping for a pumpkin whoopie pie.

I'll add a wish that the women's page on USCHO had better and more updates!

Not a wish, but a thank you, to Brian Schulz for all his hard work in his webcasts of games.
