Pates is my enemy! Last year Ciskie wrote an article about Stalock and quoted me, and Pates edited the whole part out!

Good job with the win Bulldogs! At the end I almost had a heart attack when it was 5x3 then 6x3 at the end of the game, but the Dogs held on the the victory. Good to see that Reiter was in nets on Friday. I think his play has been solid this year, and I'd like to see him be part of a regular rotation at this point in the season.

What is sad is that Pate's employer, the DNT, will not even pony up the money to send him out to Colorodo and likely, Alaska, to cover the team. Whereas, I believe RWD and several other Penalty Boxers drive 20+ hours, on their own dime, out there to outcheer the whole building....

I missed the end of this game and was last listening to Bruce with about 12 minutes left and tDogs behind, 3-2. Great news they won and are now getting scoring from across the team....GO FOR THE SWEEP!!

Sadly, I didn't go to CC last year. That was just InebriatedMike, Burbstyle, a gal who posts on the penalty box every so often but I don't know what her screen name is, and another dude.

Well good weekend overall for both teams. I think both teams have a good chance to surprise everyone this year after being picked to finish in the bottom half of the league this year. Should be a good rematch in January.

Great win for the refs tonight! They really came in looking for the deciding vote in who gets the W tonight, and they [the refs] played hard the full 60 minutes in screwing over the team that must have lost the coin flip in their locker room during pre-game (UMD). Now, I am not saying UMD deserved to win this game, or that CC didn't deserve win...or even that UMD got all of the bad calls, because there were bad calls for both teams, but ***?!? How far do you need to shove your heads up your own butt, before you realize that you are completely incompetent. Because of your utter inability to control the game, players lost their cool, and the well being of all the players that were on the ice, on the bench, and in the showers prematurely, were put in jeopardy. So congrats to you, Orange zebras on a hard fought decisive game! Congratulations!!

Good job of getting the split after a very tough and demoralizing loss in game 1. Nice to see this young CC team bounce back so well.
