      Ohrvall’s Helpful Contributions

Forward Emil Ohrvall has accumulated a team-high five assists during the course of Waterloo’s first five playoff games. The total ties him for the USHL postseason lead in that category. During the first two games of the Hawks-Musketeers series, the native of Sweden has had a hand in three of four Waterloo goals. Ohrvall’s playoff success is the continuation of a trend from late in the regular season: from the beginning of March through Game 60, Ohrvall notched eight assists in a dozen appearances.

Interesting that G’Town went with their backup goalie. It did work though.
Brandon Pirri: Turk would give it to Jagr. That's awesome! Jagr's untouchable. And he would give it to Jagr.

i assume that this is the reason:

BTW, he also played vs. Dryden on Tuesday.

On Thursday, the Georgetown Raiders defeated the Powassan Voodoos (NOJHL) 5-2. Their final record in the three-game round robin is 2-1 (6 points). Austin Cho had an assist. http://dhewitt.wttstats.pointstreak....gameid=3100454

                  His total is 78-10-43-53-66.

AC breaks his point drought. He had no points in the last 9 games of the OJHL playoffs and the first 2 games of the D-H Cup.

Trenton can't tie since their game tonight will go to a shootout if tied after a 10-minute OT, but anyway, Georgetown is at least in the 2nd place vs. 3rd place game tomorrow.

I absolutely love some of the Team names we see in this Tournament
Brandon Pirri: Turk would give it to Jagr. That's awesome! Jagr's untouchable. And he would give it to Jagr.

Trenton defeated Dryden in a rout http://dhewitt.wttstats.pointstreak....0455&refresh=1. So Georgetown with Austin Cho will play the Powassan Voodoos again on Friday for the chance to face Trenton again on Saturday.

He is also named Dennis. Both Nienhuis and Cesana are from the same towns as their assumed fathers. As usual there were players who are connected to former NHL players and teammates of current and future RPI players.
Nash Nienhuis is indeed Kraig's son. http://www.theobserver.ca/2017/05/02...ft-to-muskegon

He'd be YALHD (yet another left-handed defenseman), but I hope Coach Dave at least sizes him up as a candidate. Connections to our storied path (if they can play) should be leveraged wherever possible. It still hurts to see JJ play, even as a spare part, in the NHL.
