Pricing where the demand is and isn't...that's less than the price of a D1 ticket. For those there that's cheap entertainment.

That's a pre-tournament exhibition game, and it's Switzerland. Russia is in Group A while Switzerland is in Group B. That said, I concur that the ticket price is laughable.

I don't know if it's laughable, just realistic
Canadians who really love hockey may shell out $5 to go see the game,
if they are not already gamed out from watching Team Canada

For any Americans attending, right now that's about US$3.75/ticket.

So, for the price of about 2 bags of licorice you can attend an Olympic quality women's hockey game. Hahaha.

Reminds me of a trip to Las Vegas in '78. Tickets to see Rodney Dangerfield cost us US$3.75 each. We sat 10 feet from the one foot high stage he was on, (so it was like he was standing in our living room), and the price included two drinks!! To top it off he was tremendous. That was a no brainer on steroids.

If it would have been possible to store them I would have bought in volume.

yeah, but when you adjust it for the quality of the hockey, it's back to $5
5 bucks American = $3.50 CAN

Russia/Swiss hockey game = .73 of US/CAN hockey game
