  • Scoring oddity

In the BC-Merrimack game tonight we saw something that may or may not have ever happened before in one period. BC scored 4 different ways: even strength, power play, short handed and on a penalty shot. Only they did not score an empty net goal. Has a team ever scored all 5 ways in a game? Certainly teams have done it 4 ways before but in one period maybe not.

You forgot one - opponent shooting one into their empty net on a delayed penalty call.

Which Mankato did tonight in Huntsville.
My guy is a hard-nosed hockey player who is not afraid to crash the net. Your guy is a goon who runs the goalie.

Yeah, that was weird. Really sympathized with the kid.
