      Re: Brown @ RPI 11/14/15

After such an emotional win last night, I just hope we don't have a let down against Brown.
I don't think that we have given enough credit to this team. It continues to beat ranked teams without two of our best offensive players and our starting goalie (although Hackett has been exceptional). Kasdorf may want to hurry back.
It is nice to think that we have Hackett for three more years.

      Lets go red!!!!!!!!!!!

Likely won't be on here tonight, as I'm pulling a Brandon Pirri. Hopefully the team plays a hard 65 minutes (just in case we go to OT, as we have in the last three), whether they win, lose, or tie.

Color me surprised, he has been very good. He has a few things to work on, (haven't we all?) but is fortunate to have Kasdorf to emulate a bit and SA who must have a far better insight into goaltending than all of us. Tonight is a new game against a new team and we have to forget that we are on an unbeaten streak of 5 games and just go out and understand that this is a game we MUST win and have that mentality every time we go out there.

Hopefully the players remember the recent games vs. Brown and Brown's comeback vs. Union yesterday and don't get overconfident this evening.

These are the kind of games that really scare me. In the entire time I have been following the Engineers, they have always let down in games that they should win. I doesn't matter if it is a good RPI team or not, they just let down.
This team has been different than most, so I hope they continue to be different and play like they mean it.

Football wins against Union. RPI 8-2 Union 0-10. Alot of scoreboard watching for an NCAA bid.

Listening to Kurt over the weeks it certainly appeared we needed SLU to lose today. Since we lost to them by 3 points earlier in the season, they hold the head to head advantage and win the League Championship. The Liberty league just does not get much respect when compared to other conferences as judged by the fact that many schools in the top 25 or even top 50 have far more losses than RPI has this year and we are not even close to being ranked. There is a chance of an at large bid but there are, as i understand it, very few issued. In any case congrats for a great year to our boys and our coach. It just feels good to beat both Hobart and Union in the same year.

RPI women are at #9 Harvard this afternoon. No score after one period, shots are 8-7 Harvard.

RPI women are now tied 1-1 at #9 Harvard, after two periods. Shots are 27-17 favouring RPI. They credited the RPI goal to Godin but I'm pretty sure that it was Tomlinson.

RPI women drop a close one to Harvard 2-1. Very even game: RPI outshot the Crimson 33-27.
