This upcoming season, I don't believe so.

    Colgate's building a new one. http://www.colgate.edu/offices-and-s...118.1264904973

    Site's buggy with Firefox, though.

Liberty is building a new rink, leading to some rumbling they might go D1 at some point.
Places I've Seen a College Hockey Game: Agganis Arena, Alfond Arena, Compton Family Ice Arena, Conte Forum, Cross Insurance Arena (Cumberland County Civic Center), Dunkin' Donuts Center, Gutterson Fieldhouse, Fenway Park, Matthews Arena, Mullins Center, Pegula Ice Arena, Ralph Engelstad Arena, Schneider Arena, T.D. Garden, Tsongas Center, Thompson Arena, University of Southern Maine, Webster Bank Arena, Wells Fargo Center, Whittemore Center

They might have some melting issues without a roof.

My bad! Yes, indeed, that's a D-I rink.

Even though Lynchburg is roughly 3 hours away from where I live in northern VA I'd still be stoked to have college hockey available in the state.

Now only if Navy would upgrade their team....

If Liberty jumps that may be the catalyst for the long anticipated move of Navy to varsity status.

                      Then Delaware.

not an easy question as it abuts the soccer field which is about to get a serious upgrade

Three levels of mens hockey and two levels of women in ACHA... sounds like a lot of pent up unused energy
