  • Miami at RPI, 1/2/15

The old year's over. Time to start a new one.

Edit - While Gophers #1 started a thread about a game on January 2 before I started this one, I claim the honor of starting the first thread about a game on January 2, 2015.

      Re: Miami at RPI, 1/2/15

I can't imagine how low the confidence level is on this team. New year, new start. OOC games don't mean much to us now, but they could go a long way to increasing our confidence level.
We need to get our act together before the ECAC season continues.
We need Kasdorf to get back in form and the rest of the team to get healthy.
Lets start the new year with a win.

        Re: Miami at RPI, 1/2/15

I checked early this AM and no one had started a thread. I was contemplating doing it as I have when no one else wants to-but my winning percentage is worse than the first year of the NY Mets. Glad Waite got us going. Without Kasdorf at his best, challenging does not describe the rest of this season. Getting our lines back healthy as they were earlier in the season is extremely important as this team is at best offensively challenged. We really need that Nanne/Melanson/Miller line going full throttle which seems to affect the entire play for this team. Hopefully we can get some momentum started this weekend without any further injuries.

It's hard for me to believe that even RPI could have that many injuries in one game. I wonder if there is a bug going around.

Or it could be a strike by the players who wear letters.

In the PTC Thread lugnut is stating that Leonard is out for violation of Team rules.

If that's true, it's a disappointment for someone who is supposed to be the captain of this team.
