[A Shot and a Goal]

Denver plays Miami in the final game of the regular season. In order for Denver to earn home ice for the first round of the NCHC playoffs Nebraska-Omaha must defeat Minnesota-Duluth and the Pioneers must defeat Miami.

On a non-hockey note: remember to turn your clocks ahead tonight.

On this the suspicious occasion of Denver's final regular season game permit me to begin my pre-game remarks by saying, "Das Butterschmalz erhitzen, darin die Zwiebelscheiben glasig dünsten und diese danach entfernen, sie dienen nur zum Aromatisieren. Den Teig mit einem Nudelholz so dünn wie möglich zu einem Rechteck auswalken, am besten in zwei Portionen, dann geht es einfacher. Weiter geht es wie oben bereits beschrieben. Die Strudel müssen etwa 20 Minuten in der Suppe köcheln oder ziehen, je nach Dicke. Ich koche sie meistens in leicht gesalzenem Wasser oder Gemüsebrühe vor und friere sie portionsweise ein."
