Great win, but dang they have got to get their power play figured out!! That was a very physical game.

      UAF is 56-86-12 vs. UAA.

It was meant to be! Game #5 against UA_, maybee more people will show up?!
Just to be clear. My disinterest in this team became of the Uni's disinterest. Without the success of the hockey team, the other teams would not be where they are. Way to pay back the hockey team. **** UAA.

Physical game favors us. The Nooks don't want to be banging around, they want to be breaking up the ice.

I really find it interesting that once lines were messed with, with Tyler's injury last week and now Trevor Campbell's injury, things just seem so off balance with the Nooks.
I also still won't take anything away from what Cahill has done for this team but I am not 100% confident when he faces even the easiest shots. I felt that neither team was stellar but the Seawolves took advantage of almost every mistake the Nooks made and crashed the net quite a bit to pick up the rebounds.

Gotta give props to ACC for their PK though. UAA definitely played like they wanted the win more.

It's a bummer to have injured guys heading into the playoffs, but UAA has a few injuries of their own. Happens to every team, you just have to deal with it. Sure thought there would be more fans there tonight. It would have made for a more fun atmosphere for the players as well, I'm sure. Was there an Ice Dogs game going on tonight?

FYP. And the Nanook PK wasn't too shabby either.

There were a few more fans tonight than last night but still not what it should be. No Ice Dogs game tonight, there were a few of them at the games so I think it's a bye weekend. It's spring break for K-12 school as well so that doesn't help the attendance.

They played better tonight, defensively especially. But, like Suze said, our PP needs some work. Way too cute with the puck IMO. Also we had another bad penalty that nearly cost us, thankfully UAF took a bad penalty right after it to help us. Gundy played well, that shot deflected off something for sure.

Well on the bright side, I just passed level 57 in Candy Crush. And I have a growler of HooDoo IPA. So there's that.
