    Ok that's a nice compliment?!?!?!
All that was left, then, was for the Nanooks to celebrate with their fans. And for the Seawolves to get one last earful of the rowdies from Fairbanks.

"I've got a lot of expletives I'd like to use,'' Fournier said, slumped in his locker room stall. "It's very embarrassing when you're playing on your home ice and they have more fans and they're louder.

"We might as well have played the games in Fairbanks.''

      Alaska Dispatch .... Doyle Woody
UAF made the kind of hockey history on October 10th 2015 that no team wants to claim – the Nanooks became the first NCAA Division I victim of Arizona State.

And UAA fans, honestly what kind of crowd would we draw with home ice? 4,000 maybe? Curious what others think.
Spring break and a Thursday. Folks have to work.

Yeah I agree still be a weak showing. Homer Woody is no help, his attitude is crap towards UAA, always sense an underlying snide ness to his articles. Chanel 2 has the worst in that Kevin d bag. If he had his choice he would simply read the score and get on with Aces swooning. Hey good game I thought OT, man up boys, who wants it? Oh and how did Matt Thomas not get coach of the year?
If I had a cool pic or saying it would go here.

From UAF? You're assuming they're sober enough to actually get on the plane?

Nobody knows... Maybe next year uaa could find out. Playoff attendance in Fairbanks is traditionally hit and miss, somewhat due to external influences like arctic man and spring break. Thursday games are bad all around.

Agreed. But he's been much better this season than in years past.

Again, totally agree. Can't stand the dude.

He certainly deserved it. Even the Ferris State coach told Bruce Czech that he deserved it. Isn't that ironic?

                                From ADN:

"According to NCAA, the (UAF) hockey team used ineligible players in every game played from the 2007-08 season to the 2010-11 season. Over that span, the wins and ties will all become losses. 4 wins and 2 ties came against rival UAA".

                                UAF is 56-86-12 vs. UAA.
