Carlos was screwed. Standing in front of the goalie minding his business and got jumped. Forced to protect himself but it was after the whistle so he got the gate.

Thanks from me also. I assume he was in front of the Des Moines goalie, no Cedar Rapids'.

Well, that explains it. I was wondering why he got tossed for a fighting major. What line has he been playing on, or does it change game by game? Thanks Scott.

Early in the year Carlson mixes up the lines periodically last night he was with UML commit Nick Master and Minnesota State commit Casey Jerry. They were the 3rd line on the chart last night.



Yes it was in front of the Des Moines goalie. Carlos was shocked as well. He was in the Box and a couple minutes later they decided to give both the gate

Too early to say it means much and probably coincidental-but Waterloo was 1-1 before the trade to bring Melanson onto the team and has gone 8-2 since. Remains to be seen how well this play continues.

I am certainly not a mathematician but i would just think that winning percentage of .800 is a whole lot better than .500 no matter how many game syou play. i would love us to be at that .800 mark anytime and hope we take a big step towards it tonight.

It wouldn't take much to change that .500 to 1.000 (or .000 for that matter).

On Saturday, the Waterloo Black Hawks lost to the Green Bay Gamblers 4-3. Drew Melanson had an assist. Evan Tironese had an assist on a PPG. http://ushl2011.stats.pointstreak.co...gameid=2234963
