Never heard of this tournament before. Heard from a friend some pretty good hockey last weekend. Anyone else there? Put together teams or how do get to play?

RUSH Hockey is proud to present the Rush Super Series for the Summer of 2013! RUSH Hockey will also bring the Boston Beantown Women's Summer Classic College Super Series Division to act as Part 2 to complete the summer.

Level of competition was less this year, mainly cause some of the top teams with the National Team players on it were not present. Last year the final consisted of teams with players like Wakefield, Poulin, Lacasse etc on the squads.

Is this event held on basically the same weekend every year (1st or 2nd weekend in June)? Sounds like a potentially fun road trip for Mrs 86 and I! Nice to see all the Buckeyes involved!

Last year was her first year in the College series and she returned again this year to play and also was asked to work the weekend to coach the peewee division girls and helped out all weekend .
There were I beleive over 900 girls there this weekend . They come from all over Canada and the USA . There were also a couple girls from Germany as well. It is very well run and is fun for all .
The girls in the showcase are exactly that showcased . There are plenty of coaches from D1, D3 and CIS schools to scout them .

Thanks for the great feedback. I heard the College division was great hockey. They didn't watch the younger girls. Sounds like a fun trip.
