St. Lawrence released their 2013-2014 schedule and I found the following on their website:

The Saints, who will open the season with an exhibition game at Appleton Arena against Carleton University of Ottawa on Oct. 7 will host the University of Maine on Oct. 11-12 as part of Homecoming and Hall of Fame weekends to kick off the NCAA portion of the schedule.

Didn't meant to tweak anybody here.. actually I hope you are right and Bavis is available after next season when UVM fires Sneddon. He knows HE inside out, is a terrific recruiter and will be motivated to beat the "Red Devil".

That will be a little tough to do seeing how he "retired" this year.

As a friend of mine observed, he's still coaching the diving team.

He would be a good candidate. Very experienced. Strong New England recruiting background. Class act. Plus an ax to grind with his alma mater!

Bavis could take over the BCs assistant job since Mike left for UCONN.

Apparently, naming the new pontiff in Rome was an easier task... Wonder what the white smoke in Orono will smell like, when they finally make up their minds.
