I posted information regarding Josiah Didier in last night's game thread after returning home from the game. I'm posting it here as an FYI for Denver fans.

===>The gentleman who sits next to me at the games is close friends with Josiah Didier's dad. Jo's dad describes his son's injury as a combination hamstring pull/groin pull. Jo definitely will not play this weekend and it is highly unlikely he will play if Denver advances to the WCHA Final Five. There is a possibility Jo could play if Denver advances to the NCAA tourney.<===

I thought Joey LaLeggia had an impressive perfomance last night. He was on the ice for two Denver goals and two CC goals and therefore his plus/minus figure for the night was a zero. However, he showed extraordinary speed and elusiveness when carrying the puck on any number of half-the-length-of-the-ice rushes skating the puck from the DU defensive zone into the DU attacking zone. His sorties through center ice resulted in Denver initiating sustained pressure in the offensive zone. I hope he keeps producing such performannces throughout the post-season. Good luck to the team this evening and I hope the Pioneers can complete the sweep.


One final thought. All six WCHA home teams won last night. There may be several series ending tonight.

Noticed last night whenever Jussi got out of the crease to play the puck, tiggies went after him. Haven't seen that with Sam...so far.
