Re: NMU 2013 Off-Season Thread
Sad news from NMU. Ken was my boss while he was the Director of Rec Services. He was a guy that loved his university and loved the students that worked in his program. I looked forward to going to work every day and was proud the program was run by such a great group of people, including Ken.

And now a second iconic figure passes away.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Vandament many times in my NMU career. He bled green and gold while he was in Marquette. I remember him even playing with the pep band at a hockey game once. Another man that truly loved the university. Even though he only spent six years at NMU, he left his mark in so many positive ways.

To me he was the exact opposite of Judy Bailey.
He was a great man. RIP, Mr. Vandament.

Is there still a possibility that the MTU series' could still be home/away?"The use of common sense and logic will not be tolerated and may result in fine and/or suspension."- Western Professional Hockey League By-laws. 1999-2000.

Unless BGSU also retains the website once they assume ccontrol of the rest of the CCHA property. Would make for some good student projects to digitize the CCHA's files and host them on the website.“Demolish the bridges behind you… then there is no choice but to build again.”
