Re: Top rookies this year 2013
Can only comment on the games I've seen, but the freshman who have stood out to me so far
Luke Baleshta -Plattsburgh
Shaquille Merasty -Adrian
Peter MacIntyre -Umass Boston
Denton King -Oswego
King is the only non-forward I have on my list cause hes the only one whose stood out in the games I've watched, being an Oswego fan I'm slightly biased having watched all the games I could have, but he has a good head on his shoulders. I'm sure theres many other Freshman goalies and D-men who are good, I just haven't seen them play. I'd add Oswego's backup goalie on here because in the games he's played he has done very well, he has some room for improvement, but since he's only played 3 games, I've left him off.

Re: Top rookies this year 2013
Im not sure if he qualifies as a rookie since he is a Sophomore transfer from Colgate (0 minutes played) but I'd include Bowdoin's Max Fenkell in this discussion. He has only played 7 games but in he is 6-0-1 and top 10 in the country in both SV% (940) and GAA (1.84). He also had a 38 save shutout at Middlebury.Go Polar Bears Plaaaay Hockey!
