a good game for NU. i thoroughly enjoyed how they contested every single inch of the ice. Roy is a nifty little player; but he isn't Gaudreau.

I don't think he's better but he was way more dangerous tonight. And he's a freshman, Gaudreau's a sophomore.

What's up with the cry baby behind your bench? That guy has to find a little class. Worse than Jackie, but at least Parker brings it when he is behind or has lost the game. Looked like Madigan was going to punch Yorks's lights out at center ice after a win. Grow up, coach.

Are you serious, he was mad at the official not York. Sorry, a coach never has the right to be ****ed at the end of a game.

FWIW... it wasn't a big deal, but Jerry had stopped at center ice, extended his hand and started to say something when the two went to shake hands. Madigan never slowed down, never looked at Jerry, grabbed Jerry's hand and kept right on walking by.

What was he so upset about to begin with? It doesn't sound like a whole lot happened in this game. His team won and had more PPs by a wide margin. Did one of his players get hurt? If so, I haven't heard anyone say anything about that. Mad Man Madigan has a nice ring to it.

Some of the NU faithful need to know the game and the rules.

I don't disagree but when 50% of your home crowd are 8 year old kids who are hopped up on about 100 pixie sticks you can't really complain too much.

There were a few contacts to the head last night. If the coach were to review the first period, he would see a NU d-man land a forearm shot to Billy Arnolds head that nearly knocks him off his feet, with Gravellese ten feet from the play and he swallows the whistle. No biggie, it's the kind of non call BC often doesn't get, but is often called against BC. Sometimes frustration will wind up getting the opposition a retaliation shot. It goes both ways coach... that's hockey.

He's pizzed and has a problem with the ref, fine, take it out on the ref. I didn't see any reason for him to dis York at center ice.

BC. The upper stands in Conte often feel like a 2nd grade field trip.
