Bigos Penalty tracker: 399 min. 1 min to go for MC record. 19 for Hockey East record. - He gets the school record next weekend and HE record by end of the month.

When Bigos breaks the record, which he surely does, do they put it on the big screen and does the sell-out crowd stand up and give him a standing O? LOL I remember the days of Tommy Costa...this is a HUGE accomplishment for Bigos and he should be rewarded with a standing ovation at the very least...perhaps even a trophy/plaque to honor the moment

Edit, had the wrong info on Kyle. He's going to be missed on the D line next year, that's for sure. Hopefully he rises quickly in the Edmonton organization.

A couple big games on tap this weekend, couldn't ask for a better home set after the break!

Have we seen the end of the goaltending rotation? There were some in my opinion soft goals let up by Ras last night.

This weekend went exactly like I expected. Merrimack could not handle BU's top line Friday night, but I thought the team played hard. On Saturday I thought Merrimack was discipline and did not get chippy with Maine. I could not believe that Maine was that bad. I never thought I would say this but Merrimack should win 3 of 4 points at Alfond.

Gotta agree with you on this one. Time to go with your best option for the HE games and Marotta seems to be the #1 guy.

Maine is so bad at home Merrimack should get SIX points out of two games up there..

Interesting. Dan Sullivan hasn't played since November 4th in a loss against NH. Earlier in the week Conor Riley was going to play defense in this game. He could be injured.

3 of 4 points against Maine is great. The big thing right now is that Merrimack has won the series against the bottom three teams in Hockey East. UNH next weekend will be tough and Merrimack will have to play better. However, taking 3 points in Orono is a great accomplishment no matter what Maine's record is this year.
