Ohio State 2013/2014 - Third year in Oz

    I cannot stand WMU as of late. They win a couple meaningless games against Michigan at the JLA and they think they're God's gift to hockey. I mean no offense, but even you guys have a Frozen Four banner/regional title trophy. They don't even have that, yet they act like they're a perennial power like Michigan is.

    I mean, I do feel kind of bad for them. Not only did they get rejected from Michigan, but state too! That said, I hope you guys pound them and cost them the CCHA title. As for the week after, well, Michigan will do the talking for me

      I am feeling the same way about them and you add Andy Murray's crying ***** and to the mix and it gets worse. He whines so much about everything and his players feed off that and they whine too. As for the fans i cant really stand them either See you in 2 weeks.

            Should have clarified I was referring to the "special" kind of arrogance you find in Ann Arbor!

                Good! So you, myself and the rest of college hockey agrees your a perennial arrogant ***hole. The (the) Ohio State thread seems like a fitting place to come to this understanding no?

                    Yep. We pretty much have come to embrace it at Michigan. It boosts it even more and adds more satisfaction when people whine and point their finger like children at it.

                    Maybe if your program even sniffed the success Michigan's has, you'd understand. And this is just hockey.

                      One thing I have to give to Michigan is that most other schools in the conference have stolen and copied their hockey chants. We have our own um, rather unique one we yell when the one minute left in the period is announced that no one has copied yet. lol!

                        NMU does the same thing kind of thing except they say "and Tech still sucks!"

                        Not sure who started it first.

                          BGSU has copied that from us also. Now they say ... "and Toledo still SUCKS!"
